Corvid Haulage is a haulier that runs its own vehicles and answers the phone after five. We keep the team small on purpose: the people who scope the work are the people who do it.

Questions

Answers before you ask

Do you subcontract?: Rarely, and never without telling you first. Our name is on the delivery either way.
What if a delivery is refused?: The driver calls before leaving the site, and we hold the load rather than returning it blind.
Are you insured for high value?: Up to a declared limit per consignment. Anything above that is agreed in writing beforehand.
How do you charge waiting time?: In fifteen-minute blocks after the first hour, shown separately on the invoice.
